RГЎba FutГіmЕ± , a unit of Hungarian vehicle and vehicle parts maker RГЎba group , has signed new agreements with two Russian partners that will generate a combined 4 million euros of revenue from the company in 2006, RГЎba announced on the website of the Budapest Stock Exchange on Thursday.

Well, news for Russia or Hungary. bad or good?

I would say its both. Its bad they have to import to secure a certain quality, the good news they manufacture is aware of parts to need improvement and use the open economy to fix it.
