Are there any Canadians out there who've married a Russian in Russia? I'll be marrying my fiancee there in October and am looking for some advice on the whole procedure.

Hey Sabastian, I am neither Canadian nor married to a Russian but I have read some very good/informative web sites with some info on the above. Do a google search for Russian Wedding Traditions. I can assure you that you are in for a very interesting few days if you do the WHOLE Russian wedding!!

But for my thoughts, I think the traditions are really cool. Especially running the gauntlet to get to your bride!!

Have you looked at the Canadian section on this site for info about a Canadian marrying a Russian.
I know there have been a few that have and posted some info there.
