Stalin, Kruschev and Brezhnev were sitting on a train when it came to a sudden stop in the middle of nowhere. After awhile when the train did not move, they became very annoyed.
"Shoot the driver!" ordered Stalin, but this did not cause the train to move.
"Rehabilitate the driver!" commanded Kruschev, but this did not cause the train to move either.
But Brezhnev had the answer. He stood up and proclaimed "Pull the curtains closed, and let's pretend we are moving".
