MOSCOW (AP) - Russia is seeking a fourfold increase in the amount Belarus pays for Russian natural gas, a Russian newspaper reported Tuesday, in apparently the latest effort by Russia's state-controlled gas monopoly to secure control of Belarus' pipelines.
