A Belarussian veterinarian carries the carcass of a swan that was found dead in a lake in Minsk, May 15, 2006. No cases of birdflu have been reported in Belarus, but the ban of poultry imports from countries affected by the virus remains in force to avoid a spreading to local stocks.
