MOSCOW (AP) - A Russian newspaper reported Friday that President Vladimir Putin has ordered an end to all Russian subsidies of the economy in neighboring Belarus, whose authoritarian leader relies heavily on cheap Russian energy supplies to maintain his popularity and power.
