Unidentified 'Russian' Pays $95.2m for Picasso Masterpiece

One of Russia's new billionaire 'oligarchs' may have been the buyer of a Pablo Picasso painting at Sotheby's auction in New York on Wednesday. The masterpiece was sold for $95.2m (?51.8m), the second highest amount ever paid for a painting.
