Just a note to say I'll be gone for about two weeks. In about 16 hours, I'll be airborne on my way to Russia, to be with my fiancee and family.

Although I was there at the end of June, it's been just too long since we've been together!

This should be an interesting trip. I'll be attending a wedding on the 20th, of a friend I made on another board. His "crash-and-burn" saga, which he posted in almost real time (while it was happening), in a strange way is responsible for Natalya and I finding each other. It was reading his story that made me decide to follow in his footprints (well, at least I did avoid the landmines he stepped on!

).

There will be several other men, and their Russian wives/etc. in attendance, and we all are planning a get together before the big day. It will be interesting, as not only do the men get a chance to be together, and speak English; the women get a chance to have a 'hen party' and talk about us!

I think it will be a great experience for everyone involved.

Catch you all in a few weeks. I promise to bring back pictures!

Traveling to Russian seems exciting (I would love to be able to travel there now, but I have too many commitments at this time....)
