I was wondering if anyone knew if there was e-mail forwarding service in the FSU? I'm guessing not since I probably would have heard of it by now. I'm using an agency that doesn't provide this service where you can e-mail them, and they contact a local agency for delivery.
The specific place I'm looking for is tashkent, Uzbekistan.

RRR,Rima lives in Tashkent and I e-mail my letters directly to her.She does not go through any agency to get her e-mails from me.She has her own e-mail address.I don't know if your lady can get her own e-mail address to send e-mails directly to her.It would be easier to e-mail her directly,instead of going through a middle man.
