MOSCOW, April 4 (UPI) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom has said Belarus must pay three times what it now pays for gas from the company.

A good question. I still understand they negotiate. But for sure, the belarus people has to pay more.
And yes, less hot ater could be a outcome insome parts of the country.
