Dear All,
do you have any experience with Arcadia agency (St. Petersburg)?
Their service: they let you correspond with their ladies, but not directly, you can correspond anly through the agency. Afterwards, once you found a woman with whom you think to be able to start a relationship, you should go to St. Petersburg on a trip organized by them. Do you think that this is a common and regular practice? In the case I cannot go to St. petersburg, but rather would like to meet the lady in another place (may be in western Europe) what shall i do?

Welcome to the RMP forums...

I don't feel comfortable with the idea of a marriage agency requiring you to use their tours just so that you can meet a lady you are corresponding with....

There are many other agencies where you can just communicate with someone without any additional involvement with the agency....

I personally would not trust an agency that requires you to spend additional money just to be able to continue to communicate with someone...

Sounds expensive. I used an agency but I recieved phone numbers, address etc. so there was no problem verifying. Also I could pick and choose services offered.
