TEHRAN, March 12 (UPI) -- Iran says it has rejected a Russian proposal that would allow the enrichment of uranium on Russian instead of Iranian soil. "The situation has changed," Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Hamid-Reza Asefi was quoted as saying by the Islamic Republic news agency.

No suprises here they are again playing for more time.
The world community will condemn it of course,but they are not yet ready to agree with the US on the military action.
As the last few days of March fas approaches the fuse looks set to carry on burning...for the momwnt at least
