I lease my own 2 rooms apartment in Moscow(Russia), centre of Moscow, near "Kievskaya" metro station (5 min. by bus) and 3-rd circle highway of Moscow, 2-nd Setunski proezd,3 floor of 12,rooms 10/15 sq.m., diner room 7 sq.m.,telephone, good meubles, refrigerator, TV, microwave, washing machine price 1500 USD/month and 1500 USD deposit, or 70 USD/night. I'm not an agent, no any additional fee.
I have some friends with room for rent only 50 USD/night.

I rented Pavel's apartment for ten days during march. He had bought new TV, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and and iron. I used the TV, fridge and microwave...so I can't comment on the washer or the iron.

The apartment was just what I was looking for. Basic, secure, hot water and heated. And near to Natasha!
Pavel was good to work with. His english is very good but I didn't employ him as a translator. The apartment is near to bus service and--as I learned as I was leaving

--close to an internet cafe. Oh well, my son didn't email me much anyway!! haha There is a market about two short blocks away. The apartment I stayed in was on the third floor accessed with an elevator. Door to apartment had standard keypad entry. I never had anyone screwing with anything. The apartment seems to have mostly middle aged families in it.
His price has gone up a little...but I am considering it for my next visit. At least I will have a clue where the heck I am in Moscow! Nice guy, nice apartment. Any questions in particular, PM me.
