My wife is trying to tell me what fish she likes to eat.

In Russian it is сайда which translates to Sajda.

What the hell is it????

In Russia I know сайра not сайда- never heard about сайда. It's nice and normaly it's cooked already in Russian shops. It's small fish and frying with oil and flour. We haven't got it in England and don't think you can find the same in America.
