Siemens Buys 21% Stake in Russian Engineering Giant Power Machines for $93M

German firm Siemens AG said on Monday, Jan. 30, that it has acquired a 20.62 percent stake in Russian engineering concern Power Machines for $93 million. Siemens bought the stake from InterRos Holding to expand its presence in the growing Russian power generation market.
