MOSCOW. Jan 31 (Interfax) - Russia's GAZ, Avtovaz (RTS: AVAZ) and Kamaz automobile producers could amalgamate if their owners so desire, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a press conference. "Of course this is possible," he said.
