New Gas Pipe Accident Cuts Russian Gas Supplies to Chechnya

An accident at the Aksai-Gudermes-Grozny gas pipeline has interrupted supplies to several Chechen towns and districts, the Russian Emergency ministry has said. It is the second incident of this kind to happen in the last week.
