MOSCOW. Jan 26 (Interfax) - Russia would have more substantial arguments against a referral of the Iranian nuclear dossier to the UN Security Council if Iran agrees to set up a joint venture in Russia to enrich uranium and dispose of spent nuclear fuel, said Russian Audit Chamber Chairman Sergei Stepashin.
