KIEV, January 25 (Itar-Tass) -- The signing of a Russian-Ukrainian agreement to set up a joint gas trade venture RosUkrEnergo has been postponed again, an official of the Ukrainian oil and gas company Naftogaz Ukrainy has told Tass.
