Rescuers Fail to Reach 14 Trucks Stranded in Russia's Far East

14 trucks and a bulldozer have been trapped in a blizzard 70 kilometers away from Russia's Far Eastern city of Petropavlovsk for three days now. The vehicles and their drivers remain unreachable for rescuers.
