I've read the the thread here 'I'm happy' and remembered myself just a month ago, i was ready to cry the same even loudly, but now...I've met a wonderful man on www.LuckyLovers.net and as i felt myself on heavens. Though the problems just started, we decided to relocate, but it seems i can't have my daughter with me!!! My former husband has dissapeared from our life and i don't know where he is, ok, this didn't bother me at all, untill i knew i can't take my child abroad without his aggrement! Does anybody have the same situation, and are there any ways out? Would appreciate any advise.

Tell us what country you are from...

My fiance had a similar problem but she knew of a legal remedy. She is in Russia and if that is where you are too, I may ask her to tell you what she did or where to get an answer.
