Registering My Visa

I was curious if anyone has advice on the best way for me to register my visa. I will be staying in Volgograd (Hotel Volgograd) and this Hotel does not provide Visa support. What are my options? Also must the letter of invite be provided by the same institution who registers the VISA? Any info will be very much appreciated!!! Iron Man [EMAIL=itsalrightnow@juno.com]

If the people who made out your invitation are in the same city, they can often register your visa. You should email them to make sure.

Or, you can always go to the nearest police station (the hotel can point you there) and let them register it. This is easiest. Just go to the desk and present your passport and visa and someone will help you out.
