An English-language news channel thats 24-hour and state-funded broadcasts news from a Russian view around the world. Its there becuase Kremlin officials say the foreign media misrepresent Russia.

Has anyone watched it?

The intersting part for me, what how the media reported it. Here it was: Putin attempt in Sovjet stile to make propaganda.
I don't know yet, but can understand the argumentation. They have a another view of politics and so on and they want to tell about it in their way.
Secondly its many times a negative picture which comes out of Russia, its never the good stories.
