Russia's Nationalist Motherland Party Moscow Election Ban Upheld

Russia's top court upheld a ruling to ban Motherland, the country's fourth-largest political party, from the Dec. 4 elections to the Moscow City Duma. The party was banned from the race for inciting racial hatred in its election video.
