MINSK, December 2 (Itar-Tass) -- The discrediting of the country will be punishable in Belarus by “an arrest for a period of up to six months, or by imprisonment for a period of up to two years,” while “public appeals to the seizure of power, or to the changing of the constitutional system through the use of force will be punishable by a prison term of up to three years.”
