Belarus to trial 4G mobile communications (Telecom.paper)

(TP) Belarus is negotiating with Siemens and Ericsson, in order to launch mobile 4G pilot projects, according to the Belarussion minister for communications and informatisation Vladimir Goncharenko. The 4G services will be offered by a new mobile operator, the fifth in Belarus. But the minister did not specify whether it will be a state-owned company or not. As of November, there were 3.74
