Russian natural gas deliveries to Europe via Ukraine may be adversely affected by a recent row between Kiev and the Russian gas giant Gazprom. Ukraine has refused to sign a new gas transportation contract with Gazprom for 2006, arguing that the conditions were unacceptable.
