Russian Agriculture Official Criticizes West for Subsidizing Farmers

On Friday, Nov. 25, a senior Russian agriculture official heavily criticized European Union and the United States for their position on farm subsidies. Sergei Dankvert said that heavy subsidizing meant that these countries could set any price for their agricultural production.
