Moscow will swap its former 095 phone code for 495 on Dec 1, and the surrounding region will swap 096 for 496. The switch will also affect the intercity codes of 19 regions, who will trade in the zeros in the beginning of their codes for fours. According to the Moscow Times and RIA Novosti , the change will make way for a new intercity-access and national trunk access codes, "0" and "00", that will be introduced later.

I mean usually its a "DA"....sometimes its a "DA DA"...........maybe they could change that to ........DA DE.........?????
