my friend in st. petersburg is having trouble sms me on my US cell phone. his service is beeline, and he can get my messages, but cannot send any to me. he has tired +1 214 111 2222 with no success. he also tried 8 10 and 00 with no success either. is there someone he needs to do to sms my phone in the united states so he gets it? i know its a dialing problem, because if he can get mine, then he should be able to send intl sms to me as well.

someone here suggested he try to sms me like this +2141112222, does anyone know if dialing like that will get the sms to my sell phone here? i have a sprint phone and have no problems sending him sms, but he cant send me any. and my intl sms is not blocked or anything.

can anyone help so my friend in st. pete can sms me?

ok I work in the industry... His company is not set up for global sms most likely. I'm guessing you are with a big carrier. alot of times you can email an sms using the phone number or something on thier website.

Hi

I have roamed beeline, sending sms back to my country. There was no problem, BUT it can be the subscription there can be a problem.

My advice will be go down the office and tell them, that you need to send sms abroad.
