For those of you in the Fairfield County / NY Metro area there is a nice Russian Festival being held on June 11, 2005 at St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church in Stratford, CT.

There will be Russian food, entertainment and booths.

The church is located at 1 Honeyspot Rd, Stratford --- I95, exit 31

If you haven't ever been there, this is a very authentic Orthodox Church and worth seeing, in itself.

I have no connection with this event other than a former attendee who enjoyed seeing it.

Sounds like a nice time.Too bad all the Russians here in Va Baech,Va can't get together and organize a event like this.We have a small Russian population here and tons of students who come here to work here in Va Beach during the summer.If anyone here in Va thinks this is a good idea pm me.
