There are several listservs for Russian businesses and events in the DC area. Alexandr Granovsky is pretty good as is RussianDC.

They regularly send out notices of events and have a "yellow pages" of Russian businesses.

Alexandr Graynovsky lives in Maryland, I believe, but he's involved in events throughout the metropolitan area (mostly concerts). I don't have his address saved, but if I come across it, I'll post it.
