i paid for three month photo personals with pay pal
and i still cannot contact the ladies have emailed to see what is the problem i get no answers is this a scam
how do i get it to know i have paid

Hi pbilly,

I apologize that your membership has not been activated yet.

Lena normally needs to manually activate personals memberships for some users who pay through Paypal (it's the way that Paypal interfaces with the personals software), and Lena has not been able to access her email yet today because her computer was not working correctly and I am having to reinstall windows on her computer today.

If you email me your username and email address the you registered with in the personals, then I can manually activate your membership for you.

Lena would have normally activited your personals membership as soon as she received the Paypal confirmation email, but her computer was not working today.

Also, because of how the Personals software is written, you will need to create a basic profile (a photo is not necessary) before we are able to activate the membership.

But, I don't think that you should assume that you are being scammed if you have not received a reply to your email in a few hours

Since Lena maintains our Russian Personals, she makes sure that every member there is legitimate...

If she would receive any word that a member is not acting properly, she would take them off immediately, although I believe that there was only two members when we first began the personals who Lena did not feel comfortable with, so Lena deleted their profiles immediately after writing them and asking them to explain themselves. No website can 100% guarantee that every member of their personals is a good person, since there are different kinds of people in every kind of community.

Make sure and read the guidelines for communicating with a person abroad in the "About Russian Women" section on the website. (Go to the homepage and click the "About Russian Women" button).

Although many people have been happy with the RMP Personals (it's inexpensive and the women there are definitely real), I think that it might be smart to also use one or more other methods as well to find your best partner. I believe in initially taking as wide an approach as possible to communicate with many people, then narrowing down the process.

Use your common sense, and participate in these forums, and I'm sure that you will be o.k.
