HI, I have a question i'm pretty sure i know the answere but my fiancee said someone told her she needed two way ticket to come to usa with fiancee visa? is there a site that tells answere to this? thanks for the help, woodman

She is suppose to have a 2 way ticket in the event the marriage doesn't occur as she would have to marry or leave within 90 days.

I don't think they check if she has a return ticket but if the marrigae didn't occur and she remained in the USA beyond 90 days, then she would be here illegally!!!!!

Also, if the marriage takes place you do need to file an AOS (Adjustment of Status) stating that you and she were married.

Generally R/T tickets are the same priced as O/W tickets on US carriers. At least with in a few bucks... And it would give her the peace of mind that if it didn't work out that she wouldn't be stranded. You can toss the extra ticket later on.
Good Luck!
