Hello Panel.

Nataly and myself are fine and things have been very good for the last three months, Nataly has been talking with her friend on the internet and her friend is talking with French Man and he intends to visit Belarus This month

What i don't like is this French Man tells his lady that bad things will happen to our relationship and English men are pigs!!!!

This French man goes to Belarus and stays at this womens flat for free and expects her to go dutch with all payments.

Now me and Nataly are not talking now, when things have been perfect for the last three months.

I found out that Nataly has given her friend her visa number to ask about visa for her, Nataly has multi visa for six months and i told Nataly family are the only ones who need to know this number not friends who like to cause trouble.

Am i right to dislike this women because i feel you should not say things that could hurt other people and if you arre a friend then what someone tells you never leaver's your lips.

Dont worry what a French guy thinks of English guys.
Who Cares .
However friends of your lady friend can be very influential in opinions towards you or other people.
Maybe because of jealousy on her friends part.
Remember this, Woman like to talk about things so whatever you talk about she will surely discuss with her friends IMHO.
I say this from experience

Just except this fact.
Yes it is OK to dislike her friend.
She is nothing to you.
Anyway just my opinion on the matter.

***Women are programmed to gain social power. They do it by keeping up very actively a social network. You can be deadly sure that she will use the power connected with her social network both to help herself and girlfriends. Men have been since old history less dependent from social network because they are physically more powerful and they can make it alone in a wood with proper hunting skills. Women know this.

***So he really is a bad guy.. women like bad guys. Behave as such yourself (or at least pretend) and Nataly will stop being interested in the chats and start to wonder what you do..

***You need to talk with Nataly about the concept of the family in Western countries. I have been living for more than a years and half in a country of the former SU. The SOCIAL NETWORK was for long a MATTER OF LIFE AND DEATH there. Many have the mindset that to survive it is important to keep up as many as possible "friends". Now in her mind she is helping the members of her network by doing like this and probably she does not see the risks connected with this. Also be careful with Visa. It is much better to use it when you are sure that she is not a scammer to have her to your country but then get back to giving cash when she needs something. It is a question of LOYALTY. She feels that she has the duty to help.

***Now best way to deal with this is to do what I did with my RW when I noticed this. I told her that OUR FAMILY is our family and OUR BUSINESS is our business and that I will accept a large network as long as it does not effect in ANY WAY my decisions at home.

***Maybe they realize that this "French guy" is a bad guy maybe not but as long as you tell her that NO ONE is going to influence your family decisions you are safe.

I sympathize with you......

I had something similar happen. My lady was influenced by a friend. Her friend was reading this forum and was "translating" my post.

Well, everything was taken COMPLETELY out of context.

Later, after she:

1) Reposted her profiles

2) Started writing other men, etc...

She finally say this friend "misunderstood" what I had written.

It has left me very angry and sometimes bitter when i think about what happened and how honest I was with her.

Things are fine now and I happened to meet this friend on a recent trip.

She seemed niced and told that she wished us the best but I must admit I still feel some resentment.

I try not to think about it but sometimes I do.

I didn't lie or decieve her and tried to explain my actions (some of which I could understand her intrepreting badly) but I was seriously hurt by this.

And quite frankly, I don't give a F__k if her friend read this or not....

This is just my attitude now when i think about this.

Sorry for the rant but I know what can happen when "friends" get involved in relationships (despite claims to the contrary).
