"Nezavisimaya gazeta": Tymoshenko’s resignation is possible
The Head of Ukraine’s government - Mrs. Yulia Tymoshenko might send in her resignation within the next few days. According to the people’s deputy, BYT faction member, the contradictions between the Prime Minister and the President has reached critical limit.

The recent scandals have been caused by the Tymoshenko’s intention to visit Russia in order to agree on partnership strengthening, while Viktor Yushchenko is preparing to the negotiations concerning the Ukraine’s membership in NATO and EU, as well as Kishinev GUUAM summit that might end the CIS existence, the deputy has stated.

Another reason, according to the parliamentary, was the yesterday’s coming of Boris Berezovskyy representatives to Kiev. The fact of their arrival as such has significantly empowered the internal political positions of the Yushchenko’s close person, the chief of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine - Mr. Petro Poroshenko, who is not in quite good terms with Yulia Tymoshenko.

"If she (Tymoshenko) is unable to resist the pressure, and therefore send in her resignation, then namely Poroshenko will hold the Premier’s post", - the deputy considers.

Yuschenko gives lie to reports on Tymoshenko's resignation

Kyiv, April 14 (Interfax-Ukraine) - Ukrainian President Viktor Yuschenko gives lie to reports in some media on possible resignation of Yulia Tymoshenko as Ukraine's Premier.

"This is nothing else but nonsense," Viktor Yuschenko said at a press conference in Dnipropetrovsk on Thursday.

Tymoshenko’s resignation is a provocation
The Prime Minister of Ukraine - Mrs. Yulia Tymoshenko regards the hearsays concerning her possible resignation from the lead governmental post as nothing but the trivial informational provocation. In this way the Prime Minister has commented the emergence of the materials concerning her possible resignation in mass media.

"Apparently, there are definite circles in Ukraine that are raving about the alike developments. Although, their dreams have no chances to come true. I calmly regard the emergence of suchlike materials and understand that their number will increase. There are politicians in Ukraine who produce the myths in mass media and read them afterwards for the self satisfaction. Though, most likely this is the problem of such politicians and their psychiatrists, but not the problem of mine or my government", - Mrs. Tymoshenko has underscored.

"We are forever a single team with Mr. Victor Yushchenko. More than that, our political unity is not the subject to any sort of provocations ", - the Government’s Head has emphasized.
