it looks like ukrainian or bulgarian...
Means something like: 15 cartoons of size 7,9 mm
with universal grain (particles?) and ... Idon't know what месинган чаур means.Maybe месинган means mixed?
Then there are some markings there.

I could also use some translation help on this one word. I get the idea behind what she's saying, but don't understand what word she's using.

From the 12 year-old daughter of the lady I'm writing,

"I think that you сможите Me to understand when my mum of me does not understand."

сможите?

It's gramatically incorrect russian. This is a 12 y.o. girl you say - that's why that grammatical mistake. The word had to be сможете. And the whole meaning is: I think you'll be able to understand me, when mom doesn't understand .

i whould realy appracaite if you translate this guys, i wish i spoke russian. I was born there and i got adopted at 4 and for got the language, 10 yrs later...i wish i could still speak rusian
