Speaking about women, I could divide them into two types: the first ones choose and the second ones prefer to be chosen. The first ones are challengers. They take what they want and then adapt it. In some time they could give up adapted stuff to adapt something new. Anyway it's always interesting with them. But there are some problems - they are unpredictable, changeable, too irrepressible.

The second type of women is flexible, mild, predictable, quiet...etc.
But… there are some problems: sometimes they are too boring.

The first and the second ones are hens… but different ones.
The first one is like a hen with one chicken, the second one is like a hen on the eggs:
Gentlemen, what "hens" you prefer?
Ladies, what you prefer - to choose or to be chosen?
It would be interesting to hear opinions of both parties

She makes the first approach with much subtlety so that the man hardly notices that his attention has been deliberately sought. She then allows him to make the advances believing it is all his idea. This is a truely accomplished and exciting woman capable of holding a man's interest for many years! This is the hen that will collect the most eggs!

What do you mean to adapt the staff?? to change the man or to change because of man? I don't like either of this.
As well as don't like to be chosen or to choose. I like to talk to a man and see how things are going. And if feel comfortable then continue to talk, if don't feel - then I let him to choose if he tries to make me comfortable or no. But I prefer free mutual choice. and natural mutual attraction, not hunting or war games.

Alenika, I think loulou meant adopt instead of adapt

I don't think the division is that staightforward. Most of the women probably fall in-between category. At different times they assume different roles. As they become older and more mature, know better what they need from life and men, they tend more and more become choosers, not choosees.

Personality does play a role in that, of course, but older women tend to be more relaxed about things like "who makes the first move" in general, IMO..
I'm a naturally shy person, and in my early dating years would not approach the guy myself out of the shyness.. Now I can struck a conversation with anybody I like, this is not a problem, but probably would not offer him my phone number if there is no obvious interest on his part..
I think when it comes to choices it is more or less mutual decision, does not matter who makes the move first..

And how many times have you watched my Big Fat Greek wedding!!! I wonder how anyone can say there are just a few number of types of women and to do so means that women fall into specific categories. I like to believe that each individual has their own unique personality that separate them form the pact and this is what makes up the human race. I do not like to put people in categories but rather think of them as humans with something to learn from and admire.

Okay, lechef sent me PM and said that he is Jeff Brookes and shaw me his profile. I wanted to check if he is really lechef or not -- but could not. I wrote him a letter and ask him a lot of questions -- but he didn't answer even to one. He should be ashamed !!! And how can I check if he is Jeff Brookes or not? Jeff Brookes writes that he is 40 y/o. but lechef said that he is 36 y/o. ???

What I have learned is that you are so far out there you do not make sense. You are a person that I wish to stay away from. You make assumptions that do not make sense and you ask questions so vague I have a hard time wondering whats really clicking in your brain. No she think everything I say is a lie.. She ask me a question and to answer it honestly and then she say I am lying. She say send a picture then she says it isn't me. On the “profile” page of a member that gives more information about that member, either link “Click here to email ...“ or “Send ... a Private Message!” should work. If one or the other does not work, then that member has changed a setting in “Edit Options” on their profile so they will not receive any messages from other members. You do not have to be a paying member of this site to be able to send or receive private e-mails to another member.

Well then I can now understand why some women in Russia are older and never been married. I never marry a woman that I had to go through the third degree just to date her. This is by far the most strange conversation I have ever had with a woman and find in quite disturbing.

To some extend it is true.. Russian women marry early (or at least used to in my times

), have children, divorce and move on with their lives. It is strange if a 35-year old russian woman has never been married. Usually, of course, men are the ones who get blamed for that, as in "there are no good men available, only jerks and alcoholics", which is not always the case, as you might understand.. Sometimes, though, she just does not want to be married, which is fine..

andy, usually a hen is sitting on 12 eggs.
You can make it sit on 112 eggs, but only 12 eggs will turn in chicken -- others 100 will be rotten eggs. And the hen, which collect eggs as many as possible, is no a hen, but a collector

There is defiantly a loss of translation. I cannot figure this out either. I can see from what she has written so far that she is struggling with English grammar and this is understandable. I have seen this many times while communicating with international students at the universities I've attended. It takes patience on our part with someone who has difficulty with English and (please don't get angry here) I have noticed sometimes that your sentence grammar, spelling, and punctuation is confusing. But as to why she assumes everything you say is a lie, is beyond my understanding. If she is assuming everything you say is a lie, then I don't understand why she keeps communicating with you.

I don't see anything strange in this... Why russian women are supposed to make mistakes necessarily_ I mean marry a wrong man for divorce? It's not necessary that there are no normal men around, woman might not marry in 30 because she didn't meet the mnan with whom she'd want to spend all her life and feeling comfortable with him. Or she is just not communicable and doesn't like to go to parties to meet men there. And doesn't have opportunity to get someone close because of this. There are might be many other reasons also. There are hundreds of reasons a woman does not get married. I'm just saying that not of them are due to the lack of eligible barchelors.

In my generation (30 and above) most of women were getting married early, and to see somebody in their 30th never married was strange. I would assume that the things are changing now, once women have discovered that there is a life beyond marriage..

I may not understand her and there may be a misunderstanding. as for your insightful quote from me get your facts straight on what I was talking about before you take my quote out of context. After reading her new email I am of the understanding that she isn't being malicious to me but trying to figure me out. As she says I am a pain in her ass and she gives me headaches and I guess she find that attractive. I do agree I have allot to learn about the cultural differences and I do forget that English isn't a everyday language for her and at times it is hard to understand.

When I meant "profile" I was meaning the hyperlink titled profile that is below the textbox where a member has posted something. Look at the textbox where I have posted this note, at the bottom of the post is horizontally listed: the date, the time, checkmark icon, profile, pm, search, buddy, edit, quote. Do you see what I mean? It was the link profile from that group that I was referring to in my earlier post/reply. When you click on this hyperlink, a new window should open listing some details on that particular member. And now if you are not tired yet, the situation:

a girl has been very tired of two men. they have been following her everywhere in the internet. They CHOSE her as a target. The girl is Russian. The men are American Russians. They are writing, writing, writing......on different forums which this girl visits. what they write? -- fairy tales, poems, slogans, scare tales, politic news....etc. nothing special, but everywhere in such things are a lot of hints -- some facts of her life....names... and others things like that. like they don't let her to forget them: Girl! we are remember YOU! They are always making her computer virused, they read her letters and different correspondence from her computer -- and they boast that they know everything about her.

Do they let her CHOOSE another men? I don't think so. They occupy her computer and don't let her do anything in that direction

They know all her passwords and do what they want.

And now the question: will you tell me what they want, please

???

Sometimes I think they are crazy maniacs or very intelligent professors. But I still cannot understand the aim of their behavior>>?? And these persons are mature enough: one of them is 45, another one is 39.
