Virgin Girl Is It Red Flag?

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

hello to everybody

from time to time i read in their(girls) profile dating sites
like they are virgins in direct or indirect way

it is very personal thing to say in open website

so
do you think they are scammers ?
or
do they say that just to keep in touch, be choosed among other girls in dating site

thank you for your atention

Good question, Paulo. I tend to be a bit suspicious about this. I would think that a girl who is saving herself for marriage would be more modest than to post on a website that she's a virgin.

It sounds like a scam waiting to happen.
There are different kinds of "buttons" scammers like to push to play men at their whim.
Some try the disinhibited sex kitten; some try to look like your grandmother dating back in the 1930's.
Both are gross misrepresentations & question one's motives.

Yes, this does seem odd....It is not generally something one announces, after all....

...except in a teen movie from the 1980's like The Breakfast Club or something in that genre

I used to love that movie!

"used to"??? what happened? just kiddin' jill

it's one of those movies that you have to watch, no matter how many times you've seen it, whenever you come across it while channel surfing on a cold sunday afternoon....other movies include Jaws, Roadhouse with Patrick Swayze (the best worse movie EVER made), Godfather I and II, Dog Day Afternoon, The Sting, Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid, and many others...that's why i got rid of cable TV in my house!

add to that list "Midnight Run" with Robert Deniro and Charles Grodin...

Y'know, one of my favorite movies is (strangely enough) Point Break. I watch that each time it's on TV.

As for movies from the '80s, I liked the Breakfast Club and all those other John Hughes movies, but my favorites really came from Savage Steve Holland... particularly "Better Off Dead."

hey bob, don't know any of the steve holland movies....but Point Break is pretty ridiculous too, in a way that you can't take your eyes off of it...when keanue (SP?) reeves (the stiffest actor in hollywood) jumps out of the plane, without a parachute, after patrick swayze, and then lands on his back and they ride down to the ground together (of course struggling over a gun the entire time) it's pretty hilarious!

is there a better 80's teen comedy? if you look closely, john cusack is one of the dweebs that hangs out with anthony michael hall...speaking of virgin announcements, here's an all time great one, the scene where hall and molly ringwald are sitting in the car in the HS shop during a school dance, and hall admits to molly, "I never bagged a babe." and she says "What?!" and he replies, "I got the rep in 6th grade; it stuck ever since."

and that's when he asks if he could borrow her underwear!

16 Candles is a great movie!

Speaking of silly '80s teen movies--did you ever see Not Another Teen Movie? Hysterical! Molly Ringwald even makes a cameo

Posted by: Pin Boy

no, i haven't seen that one...what year was it released?

re: 16 candles...who can forget "the Donger"????

classic line, one grandfather to the other: "Fred, isn't that your Chinaman laying in the grass over there?"

pb

okay this is way off topic...i apologize to the thread starter...i'm stuck home two days with strep throat so I'm a little stir crazy..

Not me, that's for sure!

it was a few years ago--maye 2001, 2002. It's a parody on those kind of teen movies. A lot of it is from "She's All That," but I think anyone who grew up watching the brat pack would find it funny.
