[Original message deleted]

I deleted the original message myself to protected their email addresses. I did not correspond with the ladies mentioned in my original post. I was paranoid and overly sensitive. I sincerely apologize to these ladies and the members on this forum.

I am curious to know how you came to the conclusion that to women are using the same eamil address makes them possible scammers. Have you even considered the fact the women sharing the email are friends and are sharing an email account at an Internet Cafe to make corresponding more affordable.

My G/F shares and internet account with her best friend.

I would suggest before you throw out accusations on a public forum, you come up with a little more proof. Because a shared email account is not in any way shape or form evidence.

The only way and invidual can be scammed is if that individual allows it to happen. As far as I can see these ladies have perpetrated nothing, yet you have named them in this forum.

Hi mtbclay,

You are right that I rushed to judge. I apologize if my information offended anyone.

Please remember that I titled this thread as "Possible Scammers on this site". If someone wants to correspond with them, there are a few things he could do with my information. For instance, you could write “hi” instead of calling her first name and see what name she will sign in her email.

Yes I remember you said possible and I made reference to that in my previous post. It is also very POSSIBLE and more likely they are genuine ladies looking for a WM and deserve not to be disrespected in a public forum.

I would suggest that if during the course of correspondence a lady gives signs of just trying to extract money or you have some other proof, then bring it to the attention of the site administration and let them handle it. That way it is done through proper protocol. IMHO: That way nobody gets bashed publicly.

Regards,
Clay

Hello Everyone,

I’m in shock.

Before publicly labeling someone as a scammer, it’s necessary to know the facts about the situation.

Ok, my question to jck777 is why do you believe that these women are scammers? Just because they are using the same email address? Did you send them money and were they dishonest with you? I can answer with certainty that, no, you didn’t send them money and you weren’t scammed by them. Before saying that some is a scammer, you should be 100% sure about this because you are dealing with human beings and their lives. It’s very frustrating to read this- “possible scammers” -what does this mean?
I can tell you about the women whom you mentioned-- I KNOW THEM VERY WELL.
Masha Riabtseva is my BEST, BEST Friend! I know her, I know her family.

Marina Krosko is the daughter of my mother’s colleague. This girl is a very honest and very good person. Did you write them? Did you communicate with them? Did they ask money from you?

I will contact these girls today and ask them if they received money from you and will try to understand why you called innocent women scammers.

I know my friends will not lie to me.

Even if you had some doubts about something, you could write me directly and ask me about the situation.

Why do these ladies have the same email address? Masha and Marina, for example, use the same computer at my parent’s house in Belarus, because they do not have computers at home.

So, please be careful before publicly accusing someone of fraud, or of being a “scammer.” And please treat others how you would also like to be treated.

Thank you,

Lena

Hi jck....

It took a person with a good character to react as graciously as you did....

I think in this arena of Russian Internet Dating, there is so much fear about scamming, that I think it is easy to be extremely cautious about whether someone is a scammer or not...

I wouldnt share an email address with anyone especially where dating is concerned, if i noticed identical email addys I would be very wary also.

heheh handy though in other ways.
have they ever swapped the other persons dates?
or recieved identical e-mails from the same guy?

"Wow you are so beautiful and I wouldnt say this about any other lady on this site."
