Want a job in Russia?

I've seen this ad posted on Monster.com twice now. First by the company, then by a head hunting firm. The company is Norther Power Systems in Vermont, and they make wind power turbines. If you want to spend some extended time in Russia (and be paid for it), it may be an interesting way to go. Just don't tell them you're there for the women. If I was just starting to look at Russia for a wife, my resume would already be submitted (and I wouldn't be telling you about it!)

Pay is $49K - $62K / year

Well, too bad - I'm a historian, translator and an armchair sociologist, philosopher and a general BS-pusher ... but not a technician.

Well...if you really look...there are many US based companies that work in Russia (of course many of these were formerly Canadian companies that a US firm took over).

Currently...Oil and Gas has their fingers in deep over there. Well stimulation being one of the big ones. But nothing wrong with being a Electrical/PLC Field Service Technician ....don't pay as much but i think for over there that is more than enough
