I would try the Polish stores in Elmwood Park or the Harlem and Diversey area - most Polish stores usually carry a significant amount of Russian and Ukrainian products. Also try the Ukrainian area in the Chicago Ave and Sacramento area. That's gotta be closer to Oak Park than Devon.
