Well, here it goes.

I'm a pretty young guy myself, but I've found that I've given up on any hopes of finding someone in this country. Go figure. The thing is, I've always had kind of an interest in Russian/Eastern European types but I've never been able to get too good at figuring out how to meet more.

I feel as if I am the younger guy (23) giving this a serious thought, no offense old guys

But I'm at that point in my life, where who knows, I've done things the crazy way in life and this would probably be another.

I'm currently in the Air Force, finishing up in Dec, then 2 semesters I will have my degree and a good job (I should) I don't know if the girsl would give me a second thought as I'm not financially well off (as of now) Even though I will have a house as soon as I finish school.

So I guess with this introduction, I'm going to ask, what should I do to try to meet more once I get back to Nashville, or is it really a viable option of meeting a love on here.

I remember meeting a beautiful girl, Anya, last summer, and, I can't get her out of my head (yeah, my dumb ass lost contact with her) but her and the others I've met just seem to make me smile, I cannot describe what it is. Most seem to be educated, intelligent and theylove life and want to do so much.

I'm on freepersonals.ru, and giving that a shot, why not.

So, any advice, or something to throw out at me?

Well in my experiences Russian woman do want some type of security. ie: house ,good job,etc.
Remember when they come to USA to be with you they are leaving everything they have known for a new life.
This has to scary for them.
My fiancee is close to coming here and she grows very nervous every day.
I think they are drawn more to the 30 and up crowd but maybe because they figure there more secure financially.
If i could go back in time though, at 23, you bet I would be looking for a european girl.
You might want to look in Poland also.
I hear there are many woman there looking for men.
I have seen some beautiful Poland girls of all places Reno ,Nevada

If I was not taken already I might have went that route

Interesting how you put it.

I'm just in a building stage after I get out of the Air Force. I am getting a nice check that covers my mortgage for a LONG TIME and a down payment. School and everything is paid for 100% and then some and prolly will have a roomate for ****s and giggles.

But - nah, I am maybe 1-2 years off from being extremely secure. It will be a big relief to get out of the military though. I did my time, blah.

At the risk of getting flamed again, I would recommend that you consider actually making a trip. I happend to decide on going to Odessa primarly from the advice of my nephew's figure skating coach who is originally from Odessa.

Feel free to PM me and I will give you the approach I used that led me to the woman I am currently seeing. (going back for 3 weeks in November and I cant wait!)
