The Titanic is located in Tsvillinga just north of Revolution Square, where Lenin stands. It's partly underground and has a very cheerful and posh maritime decor. Great service and great food. They even had the full menu in English and they could exchange American Dollars or British pounds at the cash register.

This is the type of place where the taste and quality of the food isn't enough, they also have an artistic presentation, i.e. the chef de cuisine is a real pro. Like most restaurants in Chelyabinsk it seems small but that's because it serves an elite clientele. The prices were high by Russian standards but quite reasonable by my London standards.
