Sending Flowers To Small Town Russia?

This is a GREAT forum!
I have learned quite a bit just lurking.
I have been corrosponding with a terrific lady for a couple of months now and would really like to send her some flowers.
The problem is she lives in Lyskovo, Russia (close to Nizhniy Novgorod) and nobody seems to deliver flowers to that city?
I have checked all the websites that come up under flowers to Russia searches with no luck. Even called/emailed a few companies with no luck.
Does anybody know of any way I can send this wonderful woman a bouquet of roses?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

AMF delivered a nice bouquet of red roses to my lady friend for a hundred bucks.
On the day after I sent the delivery there was a nice email from a very happy girl full of smiles and a sweet thank you!

I had a company that I'd been dealing with for the past 3 years who delivered to Nizhni Area, but they kinda screwed us the last 2 times, so I will not use or recomend them again....unfortunate

The company was Flamingo Network (russianservice.com) and last time we sent Liliya's mom flowers they showed up a month late, and more recently, when we sent flowers to her grandmother for her 77th birthday, the flowers never showed up at all, yet the local agent swears they were delivered
