My Russian language teacher told me about Jon's Supermarkets in Los Angeles and Glendale. This supermarket sells Baltica beers (Baltica 3, 4 and 5, but I think 9 is available in some stores.) They also sell many other Russian liquors and champagnes.

I think Jon's supermarkets are largely catering to the Russian and Armenian population in Los Angeles. I think their selection of wine (and possibly food, but I was focused on the Baltica beer) would make for a nice treat for our Russian counterparts.
