Is there any problems coming to the USA on a second fiance visa?

I have been corresponding with a lady from the FSU and she informed me that she met a man from the USA and he got her a fiance visa. She came to the USA and during that time, the man told her that he did not want children. She told the man that she wanted children and decided that he was not the man for her, so she went back to her country.

I would like to know if everything worked out for the lady and I, would she have a problem getting another fiance visa to come to the USA?

From reading the information on the USA immigration web site, she can apply for another K-1. The past unsuccessful visa will not interfere with this approval since she did comply and returned to the FSU within the 90 day limit.

I've heard that it's not a problem. I believe one of the ladies on the Russian side of this forum has even done it (I think Palmlady, but I may be mistaken).

I personally know of 3 ladies (1 Ukranian, 2 Russian) who have done more than one K-1 visa. Even being denied for a K-1 should not have any impact on the processing of a new one. If she did not overstay her prior visa, I wouldn't worry about it.

I was wondering if it's possible to petition the same lady a second time.

For example, let's say she came over for the 1st time and after 3 months, the both of you are not sure if you want to get married.

So, you both decide the she would go back home and you will file for another Fiancee visa for the same lady.
