I am not interessted in knowing the people who are congratulating to my brothers birthday.
There is also nothing to understand about it, it should just be a funny surprise for him.

I'm usually very wary of these requests, so I never include an email address. But it seems fairly cute and well intended, so a quick "Happy Birthday" was sent by me. It may not mean much, but to have a brother actually try something cool for his brother is pretty awesome.
