Here are the survey interview questions that I am considering for Russian women still living in Russia/Belarus:

1) What are your reasons for seeking a Western man for marriage? (what are your top 3 reasons?)

2) How does your family feel about your seeking to marry a Western man?

3) What qualities or attributes are you looking for in a Western husband? (what are the top 3 qualities that you are looking for?)

4) What is your advice to a Western man who wants a relationship with a Russian woman? What are the best steps he can take to find the right Russian woman for him for a happy marriage?

5) What are three things that a Western man should NOT do in choosing and communicating with a Russian woman?

6) How can a Western man be aware of and avoid a dishonest Russian woman who might want to marry him for a visa, money or just for a better life?

7) What are marriages and relationships like in Russia? How would you describe relationships between Russian men and Russian women?

8) What is life in Russian/ Belarus like right now? How do you feel that Belarus/Russia is changing right now (economically, politically, socially, and other ways)?
