VIENNA, September 29 (Itar-Tass) -- Armenia and Ukraine are joining the international uranium enrichment center based on the Angarsk Electrolysis Chemical Combine, the chief of the state-run Rosatom corporation, Sergei Kiriyenko, said on Monday.
